Withdrawal
Withdraw from a Contract
Would you like to withdraw from a contract concluded with AWAG IT & KI Lösungen?
If you are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal, you can submit your withdrawal electronically using the form below.
After submitting, you will immediately receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal by email.
Note: Submitting a non-binding enquiry via our website does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not need to be withdrawn.
Your withdrawal has been submitted
We have received your withdrawal. A confirmation with the details of your withdrawal has been sent to the email address you provided.
Received on:
This withdrawal notice applies to consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB (German Civil Code), insofar as they are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal in connection with a distance contract concluded with AWAG IT & KI Lösungen.
Simply submitting a non-binding inquiry through our website does not constitute the conclusion of a contract and does not give rise to any payment obligation. Withdrawal from such an inquiry is therefore not necessary.
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract was concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us,

by means of a clear statement of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may declare your withdrawal using the electronic withdrawal function provided on this page, by email, or by post.
You may also use the sample withdrawal form provided below for this purpose. Use of this form is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments we have received from you in connection with the withdrawn contract without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
For this reimbursement, we will in principle use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not be charged any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
Commencement of a Service During the Withdrawal Period
If you expressly request that we begin providing a chargeable service before the fourteen-day withdrawal period has expired, we may begin providing the service before the withdrawal period expires.
If you subsequently withdraw from the contract before the service has been fully provided, you may owe reasonable compensation for the services already provided up to the point of withdrawal, provided the statutory requirements for this are met.
The compensation is calculated based on the proportion of the service already provided up to the point of withdrawal in relation to the total scope of the service agreed upon in the contract.
Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal for Services
In the case of a contract for a chargeable service, the right of withdrawal may expire before the fourteen-day withdrawal period ends if:
- we have fully provided the agreed service,
- you expressly agreed, before the service began, that we could begin providing the service before the withdrawal period had expired, and
- you confirmed that you were aware that your right of withdrawal would expire once we had fully performed the contract.
This may be particularly relevant for Academy courses where a booked course takes place within the fourteen-day withdrawal period and is completed in full.
The necessary consent and acknowledgment will, where required, be obtained separately during the booking process.
Special Note for Academy Courses
Our Academy courses are, in principle, services.
If the booked course takes place within the fourteen-day withdrawal period, you may expressly request that we begin providing the service before the withdrawal period has expired.
The right of withdrawal does not expire merely because the course has begun.
For a chargeable service, it only expires once the contract has been fully performed, provided you have previously expressly consented to the early commencement and confirmed your awareness that the right of withdrawal expires upon full performance of the contract.
If you withdraw after the service has begun but before it has been fully provided, you may, under the statutory requirements, owe compensation for the portion already provided.
Individual Consulting and IT Services
Submitting an inquiry regarding a consultation, a workshop, a software project, or any other individual service through our website is non-binding and free of charge.
Submitting an inquiry does not yet result in a chargeable contract. Withdrawal from such an inquiry is therefore not necessary.
If a chargeable contract for an individual service is subsequently concluded at a distance with a consumer, the statutory withdrawal provisions apply.
If, at the consumer's express request, the service is to begin before the withdrawal period has expired, the provisions set out above regarding early commencement of performance, compensation, and the possible expiry of the right of withdrawal apply accordingly.
